Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through multiple channels including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries about products, orders, returns, and other service-related concerns. Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience. Participate in training and development sessions to improve both product knowledge and customer service skills. Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service or related roles is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Proficiency with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented and well-organized. Willingness to relocate to Sofia with relocation costs fully covered.
