Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is seeking a motivated Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to engage with Dutch-speaking customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction across all interactions. Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with product information, order processing, returns, and general support. Resolve customer complaints effectively to maintain satisfaction. Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in CRM software. Collaborate with internal departments to enhance the customer experience. Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and customer service skills. Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written. Previous experience in customer service or related roles is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Ability to work well within a team and independently.
