This role is perfect for individuals passionate about customer service and technology who thrive on helping others. As a part of our dedicated team, you will provide support to Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries and technical issues related to our products and services. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Diagnose and resolve customer technical issues and inquiries promptly and efficiently. Guide customers through troubleshooting processes and enhance their understanding of products and services. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure seamless follow-up and support. Collaborate with technical teams to address complex issues and improve overall service delivery. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and technical developments to provide informed assistance. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service and technical support roles is preferable. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple inquiries simultaneously. Familiarity with CRM systems and common technical support tools is advantageous. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
