Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a position for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative in a leading Financial Institution, located in the scenic setting of Greece. This role is perfect for individuals with strong Dutch language skills who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service within the financial sector. You'll have the opportunity to engage with customers, helping them with their inquiries and ensuring their needs are met. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and online chat. Assist customers with queries regarding financial products, services, and account-related questions. Resolve issues and complaints promptly while maintaining a high standard of service. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference. Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on financial regulations and product information to provide informed customer support. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is a must; proficiency in English is advantageous. Previous customer service experience, particularly in a financial setting, is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer relation building. Detail-oriented and adept at managing multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and standard office applications. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to enhancing the customer experience. Willingness to work in Greece and embrace the cultural experience of living abroad.
