Your Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat. Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and technical issues to enhance satisfaction. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during all customer interactions. Document customer interactions accurately for future reference and service improvement. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and enhance service quality. Engage in ongoing training sessions to keep up-to-date with products and industry trends. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential. Strong desire to provide exceptional customer service. Previous experience in customer service or tech support is a plus, but not mandatory. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
