This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing top-notch customer support in the financial sector. You will be responsible for assisting clients with their inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience while using your Dutch language skills. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries related to financial products and services via phone, email, and chat in Dutch. Educate customers on product features, account management, and financial solutions. Assist clients with troubleshooting account issues and providing relevant financial advice. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. Work collaboratively with various departments to resolve customer issues promptly. Stay up-to-date with financial regulations and service offerings to provide accurate information. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the financial industry, is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Proficiency in using CRM software and general computer applications.
