Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representatives for an appliance manufacturer. This remote position, based in Greece, is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about home appliances and delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in assisting customers in Dutch, helping them with their inquiries related to appliance products and services. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding appliance products, warranties, and repairs via phone, email, and chat in Dutch. Provide detailed product information and assist customers in troubleshooting issues with their appliances. Help customers place orders, process returns, and schedule repairs as needed. Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure seamless follow-up. Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex product issues efficiently. Stay informed about product features, updates, and industry trends to enhance customer service. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the appliance sector or retail, is advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first approach. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to appliances effectively. Organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries and maintain accurate records. Comfortable using customer service software and CRM applications. Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
