This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and have a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in Dutch, addressing their inquiries related to automotive products and services. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding automotive products, services, and technical specifications via phone, email, and chat in Dutch. Provide detailed information about vehicle options, pricing, promotions, and financing solutions. Assist customers in scheduling maintenance services and responding to service-related inquiries. Effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up. Coordinate with internal teams to improve service delivery and address customer needs promptly. Stay updated on the latest automotive industry trends and product offerings to better assist customers. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive sector. Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to inquiries. Ability to handle multiple inquiries and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is desirable.
