Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representatives for an Automotive Company. This position allows you to work remotely from Greece, combining the benefits of flexible work with the chance to engage in the automotive industry. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products and services while providing outstanding customer service in Dutch. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding automotive products, services, and warranties through phone, email, and live chat in Dutch. Assist customers with order tracking, troubleshooting, and general support related to automotive issues. Provide clear information on product features, specifications, and availability. Resolve customer complaints effectively and ensure a high level of satisfaction. Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved. Stay updated on automotive trends and company offerings to provide informed support. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with customers professionally. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries efficiently. Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively while working remotely. Experience with CRM software and customer service technologies is desirable. Willingness to adapt to a remote work environment and manage your own schedule.
