In this role, you will assist clients in Dutch, ensuring they receive high-quality service and support regarding automotive products and services. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients regarding automotive inquiries, product information, and service requests via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with vehicle-related questions, including specifications, maintenance, and warranty information. Process orders, manage service appointments, and resolve customer complaints effectively. Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and future reference. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and address issues promptly. Stay informed about automotive industry trends and company offerings to provide relevant assistance. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM applications. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
