Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to automotive products and services. Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and general automotive inquiries. Handle customer complaints with professionalism, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of the company's product range, services, and promotions. Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records to facilitate ongoing service improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to manage complex issues and ensure a seamless customer experience. Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns and potential service improvements. Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide clear solutions to customers. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. A genuine interest in the automotive industry and willingness to learn more about products and services.
