Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representatives working with Booking.com, fully remote from Greece. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about travel and dedicated to providing exceptional customer support in the hospitality industry. In this role, you will assist customers with their booking inquiries, ensuring they receive the best possible service in Dutch. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, and travel arrangements via phone, email, and chat in Dutch. Assist customers with navigating the Booking.com platform and resolving any issues they encounter. Provide detailed information on accommodations, services, and local attractions to enhance the customer experience. Resolve customer complaints and challenges efficiently, ensuring satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on company policies and travel industry trends to provide accurate assistance. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the travel or hospitality sector, is preferred. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Ability to solve problems and handle inquiries with professionalism. Proficient in using computer systems and CRM applications. Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
