This position offers a unique chance to work in Greece, providing outstanding customer support while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of this vibrant country. As a member of our customer service team, you will assist clients in navigating their inquiries regarding cloud services and solutions, all communicated effectively in Dutch. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to cloud services, technical specifications, and account issues via phone, email, and chat in Dutch. Provide detailed information on cloud offerings, pricing, and benefits to prospective and existing customers. Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and optimizing their services. Resolve technical issues and customer complaints promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective management and follow-up. Collaborate with technical teams to enhance service delivery and improve customer experience. Stay informed about the latest trends in cloud technology to provide relevant assistance to customers. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in customer service, ideally within the IT or cloud services industry. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Technical aptitude and the ability to comprehend cloud solutions and services efficiently. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools. Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
