Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat communications. Assist customers with inquiries related to construction products, services, and order management. Provide detailed information about product specifications, availability, and pricing to ensure informed purchasing decisions. Handle customer complaints and issues efficiently, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries and provide effective solutions. Document and track customer interactions and feedback to contribute to service improvements. Stay informed about the latest developments in the construction industry to better assist clients. Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the construction or related industries. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities. A proactive and positive attitude towards helping customers achieve their goals.
