This position is perfect for individuals who have a passion for technology and exceptional customer service skills. In this role, you will assist customers in Dutch, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a great experience with our prestigious electronics brand. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries about consumer electronics products, services, and promotions via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch. Provide expert guidance on product features, troubleshooting, and usage instructions to customers. Assist with order processing, modifications, and resolving billing or service issues. Document customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system for effective follow-up. Work closely with technical support and sales teams to ensure accurate information and high standards of service. Stay up to date with the latest product launches and technology trends in consumer electronics. Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the consumer electronics or technology sector. Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver solutions with a focus on customer satisfaction. Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to handle technical inquiries. Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus. Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
