This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about digital marketing and have a passion for providing exceptional customer support. In this position, you will assist clients in Dutch, helping them navigate our platform and optimize their marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding the digital marketing platform, features, and services via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch. Provide guidance on account management, campaign setup, and effective use of digital marketing tools. Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues and optimizing their marketing campaigns. Document all customer interactions accurately in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure customers receive the best possible support. Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing to provide relevant advice and solutions to clients. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the digital marketing or technology sector. Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and effectively. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer service software. Willingness to relocate and work in Greece, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
