Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer a remote opportunity for Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representatives for our E-Commerce Platform. This position is a fantastic chance for individuals who are passionate about e-commerce and enjoy helping customers from the comfort of their own home in Greece. As a representative, you will assist clients in Dutch, ensuring a seamless shopping experience and handling inquiries related to their online orders. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries about products, order status, refunds, and service issues via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch. Assist customers with navigating our e-commerce platform and provide information on promotions and new products. Resolve customer complaints and queries efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience. Document all interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Collaborate with fulfillment and logistics teams to ensure prompt order delivery and resolution of any issues. Stay updated on platform features and product offerings to assist customers effectively. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous. Prior experience in customer service, particularly in e-commerce, is preferred. Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented approach. Ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve conflicts efficiently. Proficient in managing multiple inquiries and tasks in a fast-paced remote environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and e-commerce platforms is a plus. Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential evenings and weekends.
