This role is perfect for individuals passionate about customer service and the energy sector who are eager to support clients in navigating their energy needs while communicating effectively in Dutch. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding energy services, billing, and product information via phone, email, and chat in Dutch. Provide detailed explanations of energy plans, usage, and billing processes to customers. Assist clients with account management, including changes and updates to their energy services. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure satisfaction and retention. Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up and record-keeping. Collaborate with technical teams to provide accurate information and support related to energy services. Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to enhance customer interactions. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably in the energy industry. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude. Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment efficiently. Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is desirable. Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
