Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representatives at an energy company, located in Sofia, Bulgaria. This position is perfect for individuals who are customer-focused and eager to work in a dynamic environment within the energy sector. As part of our customer service team, you will assist clients in Dutch, providing information and support related to energy products and services. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding energy services, plans, and account management through phone, email, and live chat in Dutch. Provide clarity on pricing, contract terms, and service offerings to customers. Assist customers with setup, billing questions, and resolving service-related issues. Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM system for record-keeping and follow-up. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and resolution of customer queries. Stay updated on energy industry trends and company developments to offer informed guidance to clients. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous. Previous customer service experience, preferably in the energy sector. Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing excellent customer experiences. Ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems effectively. Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
