This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about fashion and luxury, and who thrive in delivering top-notch customer service. As a representative, you will assist clients with their inquiries while conveying the brand's luxury ethos in Dutch. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to fashion and luxury products, including product details, order status, and service inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch. Provide clients with personalized service, enhancing their shopping experience and addressing any concerns. Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges while ensuring adherence to brand standards. Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for effective follow-up. Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance the customer experience. Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and product offerings to provide informed advice to customers. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion or luxury retail sector. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to handle high-quality service expectations and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM software and luxury retail practices is advantageous. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
