As part of our dedicated team, you will assist customers in navigating their inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience in Dutch. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to financial products and services via phone, email, and chat in Dutch. Provide clear and accurate information on account management, transactions, and platform features. Help customers troubleshoot issues and guide them through the use of financial technology tools. Resolve complaints and inquiries effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system for efficient follow-up. Collaborate with technical and financial teams to enhance service offerings and resolve customer issues. Stay informed about the latest developments in FinTech and regulatory changes to assist customers effectively. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Prior experience in customer service, especially within the FinTech or financial services sector. Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer needs. Capability to handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently in a remote work environment. Familiarity with CRM tools and other customer support software. Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate customer needs across different time zones.
