This position, based in Athens, Greece, is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer service and the vibrant food and beverage sector. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries and issues effectively. Assist customers with product information, order placements, and any inquiries related to food and beverage offerings. Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner, ensuring a positive experience and satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and to enhance service quality. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and promotions to assist customers accurately. Accurately document all customer interactions and contribute to improvement initiatives for service processes. Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, particularly in the Food & Beverage sector, is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with a solution-oriented approach. Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. A passion for food and beverage products and a desire to assist customers in enjoying them.
