Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to announce an opportunity for Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a Food Delivery Platform based in Bulgaria. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about food and customer service, providing support to customers to ensure a delightful dining experience. As a representative, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers across various channels, ensuring their orders and inquiries are handled efficiently. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to food delivery services, order processing, and account issues via phone, email, and chat in Dutch. Provide information on menu items, delivery options, and promotions to customers. Assist with order placements, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring a seamless experience. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and improvement purposes. Collaborate with logistics and support teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Stay informed about the food delivery industry trends and company offerings to enhance customer interactions. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English or Bulgarian is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the food delivery or hospitality sector. Strong communication skills with an ability to handle inquiries professionally and empathetically. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and general customer service applications.
