Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients in the healthcare sector through phone, email, and chat communications. Assist clients with inquiries related to healthcare products, services, and account management. Guide customers through the process of obtaining necessary information, including appointment scheduling and product details. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism. Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations and services to provide precise information. Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records for compliance purposes. Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably within the healthcare industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Compassionate and understanding attitude towards customer needs in a healthcare context.
