This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to providing exceptional support to clients navigating their insurance needs. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat regarding their insurance policies and inquiries. Assist customers in understanding their insurance options and benefits, guiding them through claims processes when necessary. Handle customer complaints and queries promptly, ensuring resolutions that meet client needs. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s insurance products and industry regulations to provide accurate information. Document all customer interactions clearly and keep accurate records for quality assurance. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently. Stay current on industry trends and changes to better assist clients and offer relevant advice. Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with effective organizational skills. A strong desire to help others and provide outstanding customer care.
