This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and enjoy assisting others. You will represent our IT support team, providing expert guidance and solutions to customers, all while offering support in Dutch. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries related to IT support services via phone, email, and chat in Dutch. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and provide guidance on software and hardware usage. Document all support requests and customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. Collaborate with technical team members to resolve complex issues promptly. Educate customers about best practices for utilizing our IT services efficiently. Stay updated on the latest technology trends and service offerings to enhance customer support. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is beneficial. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in IT support, is preferred. Strong communication skills and a desire to help customers overcome technical challenges. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Proficient in using customer service software and other IT applications. A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Willingness to relocate to Greece for work and to adapt to a new cultural setting.
