This role offers a chance to engage with clients passionate about media content, ensuring they receive outstanding support and assistance tailored to their needs. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients across various platforms, including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to media subscriptions, content access, and technical support. Handle issues related to billing, account management, and services, ensuring timely resolution. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Stay updated on the latest media content, offerings, and company policies to provide accurate information. Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain organized records for future reference. Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve any escalated customer issues promptly. Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, especially in the media or entertainment sector, is a plus. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear guidance to customers. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. A passion for media and entertainment, with an understanding of industry trends.
