This position will allow you to engage with clients and customers while supporting a well-known company that drives creativity and innovation in entertainment. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries about products and services in the media and entertainment sector. Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to media subscriptions, streaming services, and billing inquiries. Communicate effectively to understand and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a seamless experience throughout their customer journey. Stay informed about the latest media trends and company offerings to provide accurate and relevant assistance. Document customer interactions thoroughly, providing feedback for service improvement initiatives. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues efficiently. Contribute to the overall satisfaction and loyalty of our customer base by providing friendly and professional service. Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the media or entertainment industry, is advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. A passion for media and entertainment, with an understanding of current trends.
