Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representatives for an Online Bank, with the flexibility to work remotely from Greece. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering top-notch customer service in the financial sector. As a representative, you will assist clients with their banking inquiries while communicating effectively in Dutch. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to online banking services, accounts, and transactions via phone, email, and chat in Dutch. Provide accurate information regarding account management, technical support, and banking products. Assist clients with troubleshooting issues related to online banking platforms. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly, ensuring an exceptional banking experience. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service quality. Stay informed about new banking features and industry regulations to provide accurate guidance to customers. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial sector. Strong communication skills with a customer-centric attitude. Proficient problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle complex inquiries effectively. Ability to work independently and manage multiple inquiries in a remote work environment. Familiarity with banking software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is desirable. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
