As a customer service representative, you will communicate with Dutch-speaking clients, providing them with information and support regarding our online courses and services. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to course offerings, platform navigation, and enrollment procedures in Dutch. Provide detailed information on educational materials, pricing, and promotional offers. Assist students with technical issues and guide them through online learning tools. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently, ensuring a positive learning experience. Accurately document all interactions and maintain comprehensive records in the CRM system. Collaborate with the content and technology teams to improve user experience and enhance service quality. Stay informed about educational trends and the specific offerings of the platform to provide relevant support. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the education or technology sectors. Strong communication skills with a friendly and patient attitude. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to handle multiple inquiries and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
