Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and support requests regarding products, orders, and account issues via phone, email, and chat in Dutch. Provide detailed information on product specifications, order status, and marketplace policies. Assist customers with navigating the online platform and resolving any issues encountered. Address customer complaints and feedback promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up. Collaborate with other team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer experience. Stay informed about online marketplace trends and platform updates to provide relevant support. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an online marketplace or e-commerce setting. Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Ability to multitask and manage inquiries effectively in a digital environment. Proficient in using customer support software and CRM tools. Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
