This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about high-quality appliances and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be the voice of the brand, assisting customers in Dutch and ensuring they have a delightful experience with our premium products. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding premium appliances, including product features, warranty issues, and troubleshooting, via phone, email, and chat in Dutch. Provide expert advice and assistance to customers, enhancing their understanding of product usage and maintenance. Resolve customer complaints and technical problems efficiently, ensuring satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference. Collaborate with internal teams to improve service processes and address recurring issues. Stay updated on new product launches, features, and industry trends to provide informed support. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably in the appliance or retail industry. Excellent communication skills with a warm and engaging demeanor. Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction. A genuine interest in high-quality appliances and technology. Proficient in using customer service software and CRM tools. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
