Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to announce an opportunity for Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a Public Utilities Company, with the exciting prospect of working in Sofia. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service to the community and eager to engage with customers in the public utilities sector. You will act as a primary point of contact for clients in Dutch, addressing their inquiries and assisting them with various utility services. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries related to public utility services, including water, electricity, and gas, via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch. Provide information regarding service plans, rates, account management, and billing inquiries. Assist customers with service requests, troubleshooting issues, and problem resolution. Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and inquiries. Stay informed on relevant regulations, company policies, and community initiatives to provide accurate information to customers. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage. Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the public utilities sector. Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively and efficiently. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
