Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries related to real estate listings and services. Assist clients with property searches, providing detailed information and answering questions about available listings. Support customers in the buying, selling, or rental processes, ensuring they receive comprehensive guidance throughout their journey. Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, working diligently to find satisfactory resolutions. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends, property regulations, and the company's offerings. Document all customer interactions accurately and contribute to service improvement initiatives. Collaborate with sales and property management teams to resolve client issues effectively. Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the real estate or property management sector. Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus. Strong problem-solving capabilities and an ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills. A keen interest in real estate and a desire to assist clients in their property journeys.
