This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing excellent customer support and are ready to assist users with their ride-sharing needs. As a part of our customer service team, you will communicate effectively with customers in Dutch to ensure a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries related to ride-sharing services, account management, and app functionality via phone, email, and chat in Dutch. Assist users with trip-related issues, fare calculations, and driver-related questions. Resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring a positive experience for all users. Document interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain comprehensive records. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and enhance service delivery. Stay informed about platform updates and changes to provide accurate information to customers. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a tech or ride-sharing environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mentality. Ability to multitask and manage various customer inquiries efficiently. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to support. Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools is desirable. Willingness to work flexible hours in a dynamic environment, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
