Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to announce an opportunity for Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a dynamic Software as a Service (SaaS) company, located in beautiful Greece. This position is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about technology and customer service, and who are looking to work in an exciting international environment. In this role, you will assist clients in Dutch, helping them navigate the company's software products and providing exceptional support. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries related to the SaaS products via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch. Guide users through product features, functionalities, and troubleshooting steps. Assist customers with onboarding, account setup, and subscription management. Resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving. Document customer interactions accurately in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Collaborate with product and technical teams to enhance the customer experience. Stay updated on product updates and industry trends to provide informed support to customers. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the tech or SaaS industry, is preferred. Strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and explain software functionalities clearly. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Must be willing to relocate to Greece or work remotely from Greece.
