Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking users through various communication channels, including email, chat, and social media platforms. Assist users with inquiries, account issues, and general platform functionality. Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring user satisfaction and loyalty. Provide guidance on best practices and platform features to enhance user experience. Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain organized records for continuous improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to report user feedback and escalate complex issues. Stay informed of industry trends and changes to better assist users and provide relevant information. Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably in the tech or social media sectors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Familiarity with social media platforms and their functionalities. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
