You will assist users in navigating the platform and addressing their inquiries, all while delivering top-tier service in Dutch. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries related to the social media platform through phone, email, and live chat in Dutch. Assist users with account management, content creation, and troubleshooting issues on the platform. Provide guidance on community guidelines, features, and best practices for a positive user experience. Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and effectively. Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking purposes. Collaborate with teams to improve user satisfaction and enhance platform features based on customer feedback. Stay updated on social media trends and platform developments to provide relevant assistance. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage. Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the social media industry, is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with customers effectively. Proficient problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously. Familiarity with CRMs and social media management tools is beneficial. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
