Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Stock Trading App, with the position based in beautiful Greece. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking customers, helping them navigate our innovative stock trading platform and addressing any inquiries or issues they may encounter. Your fluency in Dutch will be essential in delivering clear and effective assistance, guiding customers through the features of the app, analyzing their trading needs, and ensuring they have a seamless trading experience. You will play a key role in fostering customer satisfaction and promoting the success of our stock trading services. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat regarding the stock trading app Assist customers with inquiries about app features, account management, and trading operations Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions efficiently Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of complex inquiries Gather customer feedback and insights to inform future app developments Stay informed on stock market trends and trading strategies to better assist customers Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service orientation with a proactive problem-solving approach Prior experience in customer service, particularly in finance or technology, is preferred Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Interest in stock trading and financial markets is highly desirable Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus Fully Paid Relocation Package ( Flight, Transfer and 2 weeks in Hotel ) Private Health Insurance 2 Extra Salaries Per Year Support In Finding Accommodation After Hotel Fully Paid Training Monthly Performance Bonus Free Greek Course And More...
