As a member of our team, you will assist customers in navigating their subscriptions and resolving any inquiries they may have, all while living and working in the beautiful country of Greece. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries regarding subscription services through phone, email, and chat in Dutch. Provide support for account management, billing questions, and service features. Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and enhancing their subscription experience. Resolve complaints and provide solutions that promote customer satisfaction effectively. Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for efficient follow-up. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction. Stay informed about the latest service updates and industry trends to assist customers effectively. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a subscription-based or tech-related environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced setting. Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable. Willingness to relocate or travel to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
