This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and dedicated to providing exceptional support to customers. As a representative, you will assist clients in navigating tech-related inquiries and ensure they have a seamless experience while communicating in Dutch. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding tech products, services, and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat in Dutch. Provide support for product setup, usage, and ongoing maintenance. Educate customers about features, updates, and best practices for optimizing their tech experience. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. Collaborate with technical teams to provide comprehensive solutions to customer problems. Stay informed on the latest tech industry developments and product offerings to assist customers effectively. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service, especially within the tech industry, is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries. A passion for technology and the ability to explain complex concepts simply. Proficient in using customer service software and CRM applications. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.
