Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representatives to work in Greece for a leading telecommunications company. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology, enjoy engaging with customers, and are looking for a unique experience abroad. In this position, you will assist clients in Dutch, addressing their telecommunications inquiries and providing top-notch support. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries about telecommunications products, services, and promotions through phone, email, and live chat in Dutch. Assist customers with account management, billing questions, and service configurations. Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience. Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and analysis. Collaborate with team members to stay updated on new products and ensure service excellence. Provide feedback to the management team to improve customer service processes and policies. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the telecommunications sector, is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing a customer-first approach. Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner. Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple inquiries concurrently. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software. Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
