In this role, you will provide outstanding service and support to ensure our customers have the best banking experiences. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding banking services, account management, and tech solutions via phone, email, and chat in Dutch. Assist customers with account setup, transactions, and troubleshooting technical issues. Educate clients about the bank's digital products and features. Document customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records. Follow up on open inquiries to ensure timely resolutions and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with banking and tech teams to enhance service delivery and respond to customer feedback. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably in banking, finance, or technology. Strong communication skills and the ability to provide clear, articulate responses. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer-centric solutions. Familiarity with banking software and digital platforms is desirable. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
