Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries related to banking and financial services. Assist customers with account management, transactions, and financial product information. Resolve customer issues and concerns with a focus on maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system for accurate record-keeping. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and timely responses to inquiries. Stay updated on industry trends, banking products, and company policies to provide informed support. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the banking or financial services industry. Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on empathy and understanding of customer needs. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively while maintaining a positive attitude. Proficient in using CRM systems and relevant computer applications.
