Accurately log all customer interactions, feedback, and case outcomes within the CRM system to maintain complete and up-to-date client records. Collaborate closely with internal teams including technical support, sales, and account management to deliver end-to-end customer success solutions. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services, contributing to overall business growth and customer lifetime value. Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and proactively contribute insights and recommendations to improve the overall quality of the Customer Support Services offering. Native or fluent Dutch language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role — candidates must be able to communicate professionally and naturally with Dutch-speaking customers at all times. Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement for all applicants). A strong background in customer support, customer success, or a related client-facing role within the Customer Support Services industry is highly advantageous. Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping customers achieve positive outcomes. Proficiency in using CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and standard office productivity tools.
