REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluency in Dutch and a good command of English; knowledge of other languages is advantageous.
  • Experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service platforms is a plus.
