Your Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries about our mobile banking services, providing information and resolving issues efficiently. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with team members to achieve service level goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on mobile banking trends and product features. Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential. A strong interest in technology and banking services. Previous experience in customer support or in the banking/financial industry is a plus but not mandatory. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive team player with a customer-focused mentality. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to embrace a new environment and relocate to Greece if necessary.
