This exciting opportunity allows you to assist Dutch-speaking customers with their travel bookings and inquiries, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience as they explore the world. If you are passionate about travel and customer service, we want you on our team! Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with bookings, inquiries, and travel-related questions, delivering accurate and helpful information. Resolve issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and document feedback in our CRM system. Collaborate closely with various teams to enhance customer service and streamline processes. Stay updated on booking processes, policies, and industry trends to provide informed assistance. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous. Prior experience in customer support, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry, is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to exceptional customer service. Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with booking systems and CRM tools is a plus. A team player with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. A willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace life in a new country.
