In this role, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and company policies. Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with different departments to address complex customer needs and offer effective solutions. Keep up to date with the company's products, services, and industry trends to ensure informed support. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is considered beneficial. Experience in customer service or support roles is highly preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries. Familiarity with customer service software and CRM tools is advantageous. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, and adapt to a new cultural environment.
