Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via multiple channels such as phone, email, and live chat. Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions for future follow-up. Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex problems and improve service delivery. Stay informed about products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients. Participate actively in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge. Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a strong advantage. Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with CRM tools and general computer literacy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with relocation expenses covered by the company.
